LeChee Solutions is a new ICT recruitment and services consultancy, established in Canberra in 2022 by an expert with extensive, hands-on experience in government recruitment and project management.

The company’s founder  holds dual qualifications in information technology and commercial management, and these have underpinned a career in government ICT planning and implementation that spans more than 20 years.

LeChee Solutions aims to bring a customised and cost-effective approach to recruitment. It is an approach that is backed by unrivalled know-how and an understanding of the needs, processes, and values of government departments and agencies. 

We come to the recruitment market with a crystal-clear understanding of the needs government clients have, since we have been on the client side of the recruitment process many times. We know the pain points, we know the risks, and we know the shortcomings of the large recruitment firms, which is why our focus is on custom recruitment.

We know that successful recruitment is largely about how well a candidate’s expertise and experience match the needs of the client – on every single role that they recruit for.

By its very nature recruitment cannot be a crude, large-scale, automated process. Rather, it must be a process of careful consideration, of ensuring the critical elements of both sides are aligned and attending to the very human dimensions that match people to roles and organisations.

Our customised service focus also applied to candidates. We take a very proactive approach to the relationships we have with candidates. We actively search for potential candidates, and we maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them abreast of opportunities that may be developing. We want candidates to know us as a quality recruiter, one that treats them fairly and with respect. We believe this approach will help us attract high-quality candidates. 

Our senior-level experience with both project delivery and recruitment means we are ideally placed to assess candidates. We know exactly what will be required of them and we have the technical and professional expertise to assess how well each and every individual’s skills and experience match roles our clients are recruiting for. We will simply not put forward people if we are not confident that they can perform the role proficiently.
